A new analysis revealed that community hospitals inadequately disclose third-party tracking technologies to consumers, with roughly 75% acknowledging data use for marketing purposes. Conducted on 90 hospital websites, the analysis revealed the majority were transferring data to third-party domains and most policies failed to provide adequate privacy information.
