Vans’ parent company, VF Group, has suffered a data breach putting its customers at risk of fraud and identity theft. The company detected unauthorised activities on its IT systems in December 2023, and although no detailed financial information was stolen, customer personal data was accessed. The VF Group, which also owns brands such as Timberland, The North Face, and Dickies, has warned customers to be vigilant for possible identity theft, phishing, and fraud attempts.
