Novant Health has purchased three Tenet Healthcare hospitals in South Carolina for $2.4B to grow its healthcare services in the state. The acquisition will expand Novant Health’s presence to Charleston, Hilton Head, and Hardeeville. Services by Tenet’s Conifer Health Solutions subsidiary will be provided for uninterrupted care and enhanced access to outpatient surgeries.
