Tessa Boyd-Caine, the founding CEO of Health Justice Australia, will step down from her position at the end of January 2024. Boyd-Caine was instrumental in setting up the health justice partnership, which worked to improve access to legal help in healthcare settings. The Health Justice Australia Board Chair praised Boyd-Caine for her transformative leadership. The Board will soon begin recruiting for a new leader. Research Director Suzie Forell and Partnerships Director Lottie Turner will serve as co-CEO’s in the interim.
