Finding Time for “Me” Time

Contemporary women are under enormous pressure to manage multiple roles, often leading to decreased happiness and personal fulfillment, according to recent research. To tackle this issue, experts suggest women should include self-care in their schedules. Allocating at least 30 minutes to an hour a day for personal activities, practicing presence in the moment, and engaging in activities that contribute to personal restoration are recommended.
