The “network disruption”, first noticed on March 31, 2023, led the company to involve cybersecurity experts and law enforcement. The investigation confirmed the breach and FAMS has begun informing affected parties. The company primarily serves businesses in education, healthcare, telecom, financial services, and government sectors.
