Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD)

AMD’s forthcoming Instinct MI300X accelerators will be used by the Microsoft Azure platform for virtual machine series optimized for AI. AMD is also using its 4th Gen EPYC processors for a new generation of VMs. The changes are part of Microsoft’s infrastructure supporting AI innovation and expansion of software capabilities. AMD and Microsoft have already enabled Windows Studio Effects on Ryzen AI PCs, with plans to bring expanding AI workloads and generative AI experiences to consumers.
