Hackers are using a fake email campaign claiming to offer people the ability to earn President Trump’s cryptocurrency through the Binance platform to spread a malicious remote access tool called ConnectWise. Cybersecurity researchers at Cofense identified the attack and reported that the threat actors are able to connect to infected computers within minutes. The company has seen a wide variety of threat actors abuse ConnectWise recently to steal information from infected computers.
