Tenet Healthcare has agreed to sell three of its South Carolina hospitals to Novant Health for $2.4 billion, with proceedings primarily going towards paying debt. Tenet’s financial services subsidiary Conifer Health Solutions will provide revenue cycle management for the hospitals under a 15-year contract. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2024.
