Italy’s spyware market has seen significant activity due to its low-cost and easy-to-use tools, enabling it to operate relatively unnoticed. According to Italian authorities, spyware can be rented for €150 a day, eliminating the high acquisition costs typically associated with such technology. As a result, numerous spyware operations have been conducted by Italian law enforcement.
