Scams included fake Covid jabs, NHS impersonations and dodgy retail sites in 2020; delivery text and bank impersonation scams in 2021; WhatsApp and energy scams in 2022; QR code scams in 2023; parking fine and celebrity AI scams in 2024; and sim-swap and purchase scams in 2025. Which? has helped subscribers avoid an estimated £5.5m in losses.
