A study by Mohamed Shaaban, solution architect at Sysdig, on six major cloud security incidents unveiled how hackers are using automated tools for persistent attacks. The study recommended improving the speed of detection and response to these attacks, proposing a 5/5/5 benchmark – detect within 5 seconds, triage within 5 minutes, and respond within 5 minutes.
