Traditional security systems often fail to protect against these attacks due to their lack of adaptability. However, context-sensitive defence can counteract ransomware through threat exposure reduction, anti-malware protection, and adaptability under attack. It collects and analyses data from various sources to allow an accurate response. Additionally, automated responses slow the attacker and send critical attack warnings to security teams, enabling them to respond and defend their data quickly.
