Hackers are using YouTube to lure users to download a malware known as Lumma. Using fraudulent videos that claim to teach viewers how to install cracked commercial software for free, the links in their video descriptions lead to sites where the malware is downloaded. Lumma steals passwords from popular browsers, credit card information and data related to cryptocurrency wallets. It also has evasion techniques that help it avoid most antivirus software.
