Three critical vulnerabilities have been identified in VMware’s range of virtual-machine products, which could give hackers unprecedented access to customer networks. Bugs could be exploited through hypervisor attacks, giving cybercriminals control over isolated virtual environments and customers’ internal networks. VMware believes the vulnerabilities are already being exploited, affecting both supported and unsupported versions of the company’s ESXi, Workstation, Fusion, Cloud Foundation, and Telco Cloud Platform product lines.
