Microsoft has become the first Veritas 360 Defense partner to pass Veritas’ REDlab Validation for its security solutions. The test certified Microsoft Defender’s security and compatibility with Veritas Alta’s cloud data management and NetBackup products. Thus, Veritas and Microsoft can now swiftly identify clean copies of data for recovery after a ransomware attack. The collaboration also offers customers access to a library of secure implementation designs.
