Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Front End Engineer to work on a 3-tier architecture project. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MERN stack technologies such as React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, Mongoose, and JSON. As a Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user-friendly web interfaces that provide a seamless user experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with designers to ensure that the user interface is consistent with the design specifications and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Responsibilities

  • Development and maintenance of web applications using the MERN stack
  • Create responsive user interfaces using React and other front-end technologies
  • Manage state using Redux and other state management tools
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with the back-end
  • Implement user authentication and authorization features
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure that the user interface is consistent with the design specifications
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other front-end developers

 

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (not essential
  • Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end web development using the MERN stack
  • Strong proficiency in React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, Mongoose, and JSON
  • Experience in the development of complex web applications
  • Strong understanding of front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
  • Proficient with version control systems such as Git
  • Deep understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
