Artificial intelligence (AI) tool RAMP is being used at UVA Health to provide real-time insights into patient health trends, improving patient outcomes by facilitating quicker delivery of necessary care. Senior data scientist Valentina Baljak will speak at HIMSS25 about AI trends in healthcare. The session will explore the importance of transparency, accountability and explainability of AI models, particularly in a medical setting with real-time predictions.
