Connecticut’s Community Health Center (CHC) has alerted over a million patients about a data breach that exposed their personal and health data. Discovered two months after the breach in October 2024, CHC reported that an unidentified attacker accessed its network but didn’t encrypt any compromised systems, allowing regular functions to continue.
