Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, a US healthcare giant, accidentally exposed the sensitive data of millions of patients, including names, IP addresses and membership statuses. The data was inadvertently shared with advertisers due to the use of “certain online technologies” on the company’s website and mobile apps.
