Ukraine’s Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-UA) revealed a series of new phishing cyberattacks targeted at Ukrainian military and law enforcement institutions, particularly in areas near the eastern border. The attacks distribute malware through macro-enabled Excel spreadsheet phishing emails and steal sensitive data from multiple web browsers. The attacks are attributed to the threat cluster UAC-0226 but are not linked to any specific country.
