U.S. House Highlights Cybersecurity Standards in Healthcare

House Energy & Commerce Subcommittees held hearings this week on cybersecurity, data privacy, improper payments, and long-term care workforce issues. Some discussions focused on reducing Medicare and Medicaid improper payments, with a report finding over $100 billion in such payments in FY 2023.
