A survey by managed service provider Auxilion and HPE found 65% of financial services organisations had suffered a cyber security breach in the past year, with 31% of managers not confident of preventing one in the next 12 months. Concerns included trust in AI (47%), ransomware (45%) and data mismanagement (44%). AI was used by 90% of organisations, with 76% using AI technologies to manage data and 66% deploying AI chatbots.
