Truveta, a provider-led data collaborative, has chosen Microsoft Azure as its exclusive cloud platform. The partnership will enhance Truveta’s research efforts with cloud-based analytics tools and AI. Truveta’s member providers, representing more than 15% of care delivered in 40 states, will manage billions of data points, creating the largest de-identified health data platform in the world. Microsoft will also invest in the platform, using Truveta’s data to improve its own healthcare products. Truveta plans to apply Azure-based AI to derive insights from its diverse datasets for population health management and improved health equity.
