Trump’s DOJ Accuses Medicare Advantage Insurers of Paying ‘Kickbacks’ to Brokers

The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a lawsuit against insurers Aetna, Elevance Health, and Humana, accusing them of paying hundreds of millions of dollars in kickbacks to insurance brokerages to direct patients to their Medicare Advantage plans.
