Toxic Password Stealer Uses A Single SMS To Hack Your Android

Android users face a threat from an updated version of the TgToxic malware which steals passwords after sending victims a single SMS message with a malicious link. The trojan malware was originally targeted at Southeast Asian users, but the latest version is reaching users in Europe and Latin America. Intel471 researchers have recommended strategies to mitigate the threat including disabling Android settings that allow from unknown sources and never clicking on links in unsolicited messages.
