Data from Crinetics Pharmaceuticals was listed on the LockBit ransomware site by an unidentified third-party group, allegedly not directly associated with LockBit. The group broke off talks with Crinetics, rejecting a $1.8m offer, after the company contacted media. The group is asking for a $4m payout, and the extracted data is listed for $700,000, with no proof of claim or leak to date. The breach remains unconfirmed.
