A cyber actor recently claimed to have gained unauthorised access to a third-party cloud-based file-sharing service used by cybersecurity firm Fortinet. The limited data breach reportedly affected a small number of Fortinet’s customers in the Asia-Pacific region. The firm said there are currently no indications of any resulting malicious activity, and its operations remain unaffected.
