The International Criminal Court (ICC) will investigate and prosecute hacking crimes that affect civilian infrastructure like power grids, banks, and hospitals, according to the court’s lead prosecutor, Karim Khan. His comments come amid increasing international concern over Russia’s cyberattacks on Ukraine.
