Telegram scammers exploit new malware tactics

Crypto scammers are increasingly using Telegram malware scams, with a 2000% rise in such incidents since November. The scammers trick users into downloading harmful software, enabling them to steal passwords, crypto wallet keys, and browser data. These scams have resulted in substantial losses, with $2.3 billion stolen in 2024. As scammers evolve their methods, countering these attacks becomes increasingly challenging.
