Vietnamese cybercriminals are using counterfeit AI video generator tools to spread malware, warns Google’s Mandiant threat intelligence team. Operating under the name UNC6032, they have created deceptive websites posing as AI services like Luma AI and Canva Dream Lab. Driven by malicious social media ads, these sites prompt users to download what they believe to be genuine AI tools, which are in reality harmful malware.
