Pathology services provider Synnovis was hacked by Russian cyber gang Qilin causing patient appointment cancellations and delayed elective procedures. Almost 400GB of data was stolen and published online including patient information and blood test descriptions. The services are now operating at 45% of their capacity prior to the cyber attack.
