Solera Health has expanded its leadership team with four new appointments. Matthew Shilts, previously at Optum, becomes Chief Technology Officer, while Michael J. Levin, formerly of 3M, assumes the roles of General Counsel and Chief Information Security Officer. Kris Heinzen, also from Optum, is named Chief Product Officer, and Lenny Skelton, from Quantum, becomes Chief Sales Officer. The expansion follows Solera’s $40 million Series E funding round and the appointment of John Santelli as CEO in January.
