Malaysia is stepping up cyber security measures to prevent attacks such as a recent hack on the Social Security Organisation’s website. The National Security Council and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission will cooperate with suitable companies to bolster security. This comes as CyberSecurity Malaysia, the National Cyber Security Agency and the Personal Data Protection Department investigate the alleged hacking.
