Shell reported a cybersecurity breach involving some employees at BG Group in Australia, the latest firm hit by the MOVEit software hack. The major oil and gas company stated that some personal information was accessed without authorisation and that it was attempting to notify those affected. Shell, which took over BG Group in 2016, stated the information dates back to 2013 and warned of a risk of identity theft.
