Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) has been validated for Stage 6 of the HIMSS Infrastructure Adoption Model, following significant network infrastructure upgrades. The hospital transitioned to a software-defined data centre (SDDC) private cloud and moved to an external data centre – the first South Korean hospital to do so. The changes resulted in a significant cost reduction and strengthened infrastructure. SNUH is now building a disaster recovery centre and aims to achieve the highest INFRAM stage.
