Samsung brings ‘Auto Blocker’ to protect Galaxy phones from malware

Samsung has introduced a new security feature called ‘Auto Blocker’ for Galaxy smartphones to protect against malware and illegal sideloading of apps. The feature will first be available on the Galaxy S23 series with the Android 14-based One UI 6 software update. Other controls include app security checks and the prevention of harmful software installations via USB cable.
