Salesforce is launching a library of AI-enabled tools for healthcare organizations that automates time-consuming tasks. Designed to accelerate patient care, the features are available on Health Cloud and include using the Einstein Copilot to gather patient information summaries in natural language. Other healthcare AI features support business operations, such as validating insurance coverage and determining out-of-pocket costs. The features will be available from October.
