The Sacramento County Department of Health Services will use Innovaccer’s AI and data analytics platform to centralize data and improve care coordination, delivery, and access to programs for Medi-Cal and justice-involved populations. This is to align with a multi-year California Department of Health Care Services initiative to better quality for Medi-Cal beneficiaries. The new technology will give public health agencies new insights, predict illness and boost health equity.
