Many healthcare businesses are overconfident about their cybersecurity maturity, according to a report from Kroll. The research shows while nearly 50% of healthcare organizations believe they have very mature processes in place, only 3% actually do. The industry is also the most targeted by cyberthreats and is highly vulnerable to data breaches. The report suggests that outsourcing cybersecurity could help close the “self-diagnosis gap.”
