PwC US and Zyter have launched a strategic collaboration targeting one of the most stubborn friction points in enterprise healthcare: the gap between technology modernization and total cost of care (TCOC) reduction. The alliance pairs PwC’s healthcare transformation practice with Zyter|TruCare’s vertical AI execution platform to convert enterprise software investments into governed operational execution.
The joint initiative addresses a systemic structural challenge for payers and risk-bearing provider organizations. Despite billions spent upgrading legacy enterprise systems, rising medical expenses, administrative overhead, and workforce shortages continue to compress margins. Implementing modern cloud databases or point solutions without fundamentally restructuring clinical and administrative workflows leaves organizations executing utilization management, care coordination, and appeals through manual, reactive processes.
