Security consultant Martin Riley has warned that criminal gangs with alleged support from Russian, Iran and North Korea, could attack UK’s critical national infrastructure. Possible targets highlighted by Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden include public finances, transport systems, health services and central government.
