The American Association for Cancer Research has announced the winners of several annual awards recognizing achievements in cancer research. The awards honor contributions to areas like therapy development, education, mentorship, and more. Winners include Rakesh K. Jain, PhD, for his work on understanding the role of the tumor microenvironment in cancer progression and treatment, and Han Liang, PhD, for his contributions to cancer bioinformatics and systems biology.
