Presbyterian Healthcare Services data breach class action settlement

Presbyterian Healthcare Services has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit arising from a 2019 data breach. Though not admitting wrongdoing, the company will pay an undisclosed amount to those affected. Class members can claim up to $750 for ordinary expenses and up to $5,000 for significant data breach costs. They will also receive a year of free credit monitoring.
