PowerDNS DNSdist Vulnerability Let Attackers Cause Denial of Service Condition

A high-severity vulnerability (CVE-2025-30194) in PowerDNS DNSdist (versions 1.9.0-1.9.8) allows remote attackers to cause denial-of-service (DoS) by exploiting flaws in DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) via the nghttp2 library. This can crash the service, disrupting DNS resolution. Users should upgrade to version 1.9.9 or switch to the h2o provider as a workaround.
