Several popular Android apps on the Google Play Store are found vulnerable to a path traversal-related vulnerability that can be exploited to overwrite arbitrary files. Dimitrios Valsamaras of the Microsoft Threat Intelligence stated that this vulnerability could lead to arbitrary code execution and token theft.
