The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) has launched a class action lawsuit against UnitedHealth Group due to losses triggered by the Change Healthcare data breach and cyberattack in February 2024. The suit alleges that UnitedHealth Group and its subsidiaries failed to suitably protect against the breach.
