Following an investigation into last month’s SK Telecom (SKT) hacking incident, the Ministry of Science and ICT has revealed that users’ personal information may have been leaked, including potentially compromised international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) numbers. The quantity of leaked SIM data equates to nearly the same number as SKT’s total subscribers.
