Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto confirmed a cyberattack in October which breached personal details, including bank account numbers, of employees and clinicians. Officials did not pay the ransom requested by the hackers. The affected will be provided with a free two-year credit monitoring service. The hospital said it will continue to investigate and will notify those affected.
