A Which? survey on airline customer service revealed Wizz Air and Ryanair as the worst, while Jet2 was rated highest in nearly all categories. Wizz Air received a score of +13, 39 points behind the sector average, while Ryanair scored +28. British Airways also fell below average with a score of +46.
